Your orderPayment is done with card via Paypal. The price displayed in your currency is converted to show your price. Shopify only allows you to do the payment in the shop's main currency (SEK, Swedish krona), and therefore you will see the price in SEK when you go to check out and pay. You will get a confirmation email and a receipt when your payment is fulfilled and the purchase has been confirmed. You can follow your order status and history in your account on mycavalier.se. Any questions or requirements regarding orders shall be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Most of the products are packed and shipped on the same day we receive the order. The average delivery time is 2-3 working days in Sweden. Delivery time to Norway is 3-10 days depending on location. Deliveries to the rest of Europe is normally 5-7 days. If a product should be out of stock, the delivery time will be prolonged (normally 1-2 weeks). In case your item is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time and you may cancel your order at no cost.
You are entitled to return your purchase within 30 days from the day you collect your package. In the case of a return you shall send order number, your name, your e-mail address to email@example.com. Attach order number, your full name and your e-mail address in the return package.
To be eligible for return of a product, the product must be unused and in its original condition. The product must be completely free of hair, dirt etcetera. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
If the product is damaged, defective or incomplete upon delivery, you have the right to make a complaint. In the case of a complaint you shall send order number, your name, your e-mail address and a description of what is wrong with the product, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Attach order number, your full name and your e-mail address in the return package.
We reserve the right not to approve any complaints caused by the customer due to improper handling of the product or not following normal usage guidelines. If the complaint is approved, we will repair or replace the item in the first place and as a second alternative give a full refund.

On return you attach order number, your name, your e-mail address.
To be returned, the product must be unused and in its original condition. The product must be completely free of hair, dirt or the like. The product must also be in its original packaging. My Cavalier reserves the right to accept or deny a refund if the product is not in saleable condition. The product shall be properly packed in a carton or a return pack.
If your returned package get lost on its way to our warehouse, we will refund the value of the products if there is a valid tracking code for the return package.
